Tandoori Lamb Chop

SERVES 2

Lamb

2 cutlets

Marination

Dutch Red Chillies and Piquillo
Pepper paste
20 gm Ginger
20gm Garlic paste
15 ml Oil
10 ml Lemon juice
7 gm Papaya paste
15 gm Roasted Gram Flour
5 gm Garam masala
5 gm Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
3 gm Turmeric powder
3 gm Salt

Make a paste and mix with 2 lamb cutlets.
Marinate the lamb for at least 2 hours.
Cook it in tandoor or oven 200C for 3-4 mins.
Rest the meat and baste with butter and chaat masala.
