The Chef's Table
Complete with a glass window overlooking the main kitchen, diners can observe the team at work and meet the chefs. This intimate private dining room seats up to 9 guests. Both the À la Carte and Tasting menus are available, with matching wine options.
This is a fascinating insight into the workings of a Michelin-starred kitchen, for a private dining experience to remember.
The Sommelier’s Table
Up to 10 diners can enjoy this unique setting where Michelin-starred cuisine is carefully matched to exquisite wines. Enclosed within cellar walls, surround yourself with the world’s finest and rarest of wines whilst our experienced sommelier guides you through a masterclass in wine and Indian food pairing.
An absolute must for wine lovers.
The Berkeley Room
A superb private dining room for up to 16 diners. Backing onto the Sommelier’s Room is the Berkeley Room – separated by a wine wall and latticework panelling.
At the other end of the room is a striking pair of hand-crafted ornamental doors made from Indian wood. Terracotta walls flanking these doors are complemented by similarly coloured pictures of Benares, the holy city after which the restaurant is named.
The Dover Room
Our largest private dining room accommodates up to 36 diners, located at the far end of the restaurant. The Dover Room is one of the largest private dining spaces in Mayfair.
With sepia and paprika coloured prints lining the walls, the simple dark wooden paneled room with white ceiling and sliding doors can also be completely private or opened up to become part of the main restaurant.
