More often than not, Easter is considered a time for chocolate eggs and bunnies. This year, we want to focus on getting the family back together to enjoy a delicious roast dinner. We understand that spending quality time together is the best way we have to show each other that we care, and that our families are important.
What better way to celebrate Easter and get everyone around the dinner table, than a Tandoor roasted leg of Cornish lamb.
This Easter Sunday, pre-order our special ‘Benares Lamb Raan’ – a Slow Cooked Full Leg or Half leg of Cornish Lamb, marinated in our signature blend of Lucknowi spices, cooked gently for 12 hours and finished in the tandoor oven.
