We are paying homage to the diverse culture and heritage of Indian street food with a new menu available in our lounge area.

Our Indian street food inspired menu features five dishes, each of which have been designed by a chef from the Benares kitchen. These are our top Indian Street food favourites.


The Menu

The menu is made up of street inspired dishes from every corner of India and pays tribute to the diverse cuisines of each region and stays true to original preparations and recipes passed down through generations.

The dishes are designed to be eaten by hand and are available only in the Benares lounge area only.
