My partner and I just wanted to say a big thank-you to everyone involved in the Indian Experience Wine Dinner last Thursday.
The delicious food was complimented beautifully by some outstanding wines,
and the result was superb. I think the wine team have proved that Indian cuisine can be complemented very well by the right wines!!

Completelgy agree with your statement. Working to complement the fusion of delicate but powerful flavours is a wonderful challenge and one that I relish and enjoy. Nothing beats fnding a good marriage!
