Benares introduces Poulet de Bresse, a superior Tandoori chicken for two.
Distinctively known for its gamey depth of character, tender texture and flavor, this premium free range corn and grass fed Poulet is exclusively prepared at Benares. Marinated for 24 hours with Kashmiri red chili, ground spices and Greek yoghurt, Benares Poulet de Bresse is carefully cooked in our Tandoori clay oven to order. The Poulet and its accompaniments are then served straight from the Tandoor to your table with the rich aromas of charcoal and chilli. Best suited for two, this dish is accompanied with your choice of naan bread, Bukharastyle black dhal, salad, homemade pickle as well as coriander and mint chutney.
